I just brought in Dr. Mark Hillman, Corporate Therapist, for a day of training for our better producers. I had met him at LAMP and was very impressed with his professionalism. Mark heads a company called Executive and Organizational Development. He spent the day discussing behavioral traits, both from the rep's side and the client's (the things we do and how it effects those we deal with). He has received rave reviews from the 20 participants and they are discussing chipping in to bring him back on a regular basis. He is also very funny and entertaining.

His down to earth style and east coast charm delivered a topnotch program to our membership. My only regret is that one-hour is not long enough. I am writing to highly recommend Mark Hillman Ph.D. as a speaker that can increase any audience's brain activity. We had the privilege of having him speak at the local NAIFA- Burlington, Vermont luncheon in February. He spoke to us about "Strategic Thinking". His was not a flash- bang- wow forget it tomorrow topic, but one that causes you to stop and think. It had substantial"meat", and created (as Dr. Mark put it) "a pebble in your shoe".
